Uniswap launched the Uniswap-Arbitrum Grant Program (UAGP) and the Uniswap-Arbitrum Delegate Program (UADP) as two key cross-ecosystem growth initiatives for Uniswap and Arbitrum.

Areta led the design and management of the UAGP and supported the development of the UADP.

The UAGP was designed to accelerate Uniswap's adoption on Arbitrum by funding projects building at the intersection of both ecosystems. The program attracted over 140 applicants and allocated $1M in grants to 12 grantees.

The UADP was established to foster cross-ecosystem synergies through Uniswap’s active participation in Arbitrum governance via a delegation of 1.1M ARB tokens.

As leading ecosystems in their respective verticals, these initiatives helped to strengthen builder engagement across the Uniswap and Arbitrum ecosystems and deepened cross-protocol collaboration.
