Bernard heads Areta’s work with leading onchain protocols and foundations across M&A and commercial strategy, partnering with leadership teams to drive institutional expansion and growth.
Prior to Areta, Bernard spent his time in Management Consulting at McKinsey & Company, where he led commercial due diligence on private-equity transactions and strategy projects in the technology sector, bringing a transaction-driven mindset and rigorous execution standards to complex advisory mandates.
Bernard holds a Master’s in Business from London School of Economics and spends his time between New York, Lisbon and Berlin.
