Christian previously worked in the legal unit of ARM Holdco, a leading investment firm in West Africa with approximately $2 billion AUM. He provided legal advisory, commercial due diligence, and transactional support across traditional asset management and specialized fund businesses, and successfully advised on transactions exceeding $8 million.
Christian has been an active contributor in the crypto governance space, leading delegations and supporting growth initiatives at several DAOs, including Push DAO and LexDAO. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Nigeria, with a focus on corporate, finance, and securities law, and is a licensed lawyer in Nigeria.
