SafeDAO launched the Contributor Efficiency System (CES) as the core infrastructure for managing grants and contributor activity. Areta led the design, implementation, and operation of the CES.

Safe is one of the leading trusted platforms for digital assets on Ethereum, accruing over $100B in total value. Safe DAO supports the growth of the Safe protocol via grants and ecosystem contributions.

The CES served as the core operational layer for Safe DAO grants and contributor activity, facilitating KPI setting, milestone definition, tracking, and reporting for initiatives. The system was used to successfully monitor and track approximately $1M in grants distributed across 25 grantees.

The outcome was increased contributor accountability, streamlined reporting workflows, and improved transparency for the Safe DAO community.
