Adlee previously worked at Lincoln International, where he executed M&A and debt transactions across a range of industries. His professional background also includes internships with the U.S. Congress, Amtrak, and the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, providing him with a broad foundation in policy, infrastructure, and finance.
His passion for web3 was sparked at ETH Amsterdam in 2022, where he became captivated by trustless systems and decentralization. Since then, he has supported fundraising efforts for early-stage web3 startups, such as smart account infrastructure platform Pimlico. Adlee holds a Bachelor's degree in History from University College London. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and is based in London.
