VP, Onchain Services

Areta is seeking a VP to lead our Onchain Services practice, working with leading protocols, foundations, and ecosystems. In this role, you will own end-to-end client relationships, lead engagements on ecosystem growth and strategy, and drive business development across the space. You will be responsible for structuring and solving complex challenges facing decentralized ecosystems, delivering high-impact solutions to founders and C-level executives, and building a team of talented Associates and Analysts. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of major crypto ecosystems while establishing Areta's position as the leading advisory partner in the digital assets space.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end client engagements with protocols, foundations, and ecosystems on growth strategy, governance, and ecosystem development.

• Own client relationships and project delivery; ensure exceptional output quality and impact.

• Drive business development and new client acquisition across the digital assets ecosystem.

• Represent Areta through thought leadership, speaking engagements, and strategic stakeholder interactions.

• Build and mentor high-performing teams of Associates and Analysts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, strategy, or advisory; crypto/digital assets experience strongly preferred.

• Proven track record leading complex client engagements and managing senior stakeholder relationships.

• Deep expertise in blockchain and the digital assets industry.

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
