Sach Varu leads Areta’s Token Capital Markets division, overseeing the firm’s work across token offerings, fundraising strategy, and institutional market positioning for digital asset businesses. He brings deep experience from both traditional capital markets and crypto-native environments, advising founders and management teams on structuring, execution, and long-term scalability.
Prior to joining Areta, Sach spent more than 15 years in institutional capital markets, including as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs. He has since advised a range of leading crypto projects, supporting go-to-market strategy for next-generation derivatives platforms, capital raises, and the institutional build-out of perpetual futures exchanges, spanning liquidity strategy, market structure, and regulatory navigation.
Sach combines a strong grounding in traditional finance with hands-on experience in digital asset markets, enabling him to bridge institutional investor expectations with the operational realities of crypto-native businesses.
