Contributor Efficiency System

To support Safe DAO’s key contributor initiatives, namely OBRA, the Contribution Efficiency System (CES) enables Safe DAO to operate seamlessly, enhancing transparency and elevating process standards to an institutional level. The CES streamlines OBRA onboarding, milestone setting, progress tracking, and outcome reporting to SafeDAO.

Areta crafted and implemented all of the core elements of the CES. Leveraging our experience as grant managers, the CES process design is optimized for efficiency and transparency. Initiatives outcome reporting follows a standardized template which allows delegates and the broader Safe community to easily assess and digest the progress of each OBRA initiative.

Areta’s mandate involves eventually helping CES evolve from manual to automated processes, enhancing governance effectiveness in line with key performance indicators like reduced onboarding time as well as clear and effective processes in milestone setting, tracking and reporting.
