Before joining Areta, Dominic was Director of Corporate Development at Ripple in London, where he led M&A initiatives, supported portfolio companies on their growth initiatives, and helped shape corporate strategy.
Prior to Ripple, Dominic spent seven years at Goldman Sachs, executing end-to-end M&A and capital markets transactions, alongside Corporate Broking advisory for global mega-cap clients, primarily across Financial Services, Technology, and Consumer sectors—most recently focusing on digital assets.
A lifelong futurist inspired by visions from Minority Report, iRobot, and Star Trek, Dominic blends his deep expertise in finance and technology to drive innovation that is both cutting-edge and human-centric.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Societies from University College London and brings an interdisciplinary, international perspective shaped by his global experience.
Dominic is based in London and enjoys rugby, reading, swimming, and skiing. When not in the city, he travels between his ancestral home in the Caribbean and major global hubs including New York, Dubai, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
